Book Return Policy:

1. There is no guarantee on sold books.

2. The book will be dispatched as per user’s orders.

3. All the books ordered will be delivered to shipping agency for the dispatch. Once the item reaches shipping agency, we are not responsible for its conditions.

4. No exchange. No return.

5. Pen People Publication shall never be responsible for the content of the book.

6. Product may not be eligible for return in case of buyer’s remorse about the colour of the cover or the inner typesetting are different. 

7. We shall not be responsible for the damaged conditions of the book, if damaged by rains or natural calamities including pandemic and other acts of god or government.

 

Book Refund Policy:

1. Once the item is sold, it shall not be exchanged with another item.

2. The refund will only be initiated if the wrong book is shipped.

3. The money will be refunded if your case is found to be genuine, otherwise, if not found necessary, the money will not be refunded.

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

1. The order shall not be cancelled once placed with www.penpeoplerajkot.com

2. The shipping charges will not be applied on the purchases above Rs. 900/- (each order) within Gujarat.

3. The local delivery period will be approx. 9-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

4. The charge of INR 70/- per kg. will be applied for the total weight of delivery packages outside Gujarat.

5. The overseas shipping changes will be notified to you in advance once calculated.

6. Delivery period of books within India, outside Gujarat, will be 10 to 15 business days.

7. Delivery period for overseas order will be approx. 25 to 30 working days.

8. Order delivery delay is subject to natural calamities such as floods, tornado, wildfire, pandemic and other acts of god and government.

9. Government policies will be applied nationally and internationally.

10. The packing of the products will be of premium quality at our side.

11. Incomplete address provided by user shall not be liability for us. Make sure you check your postal detail before placing the order with us.

1. Pen People Publication House used the best and state – of – the – art technology to maintain the premium quality of the books printed.

2. Premium quality papers are used when it comes to printing books. Its quality may be periodically affected by environment, climate and natural conditions.

3. Pen People Publication House uses standard process of printing books.

Your Order Cancellation By “Pen People Publication House”:

1. All sales are final and we do not cancel and offer refunds. 

2. There may be certain exceptional orders that Pen People Publication House may not accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, however you will be notified for that in advance.

3. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Pen People Publication House may identify for not accepting the order/s.

4. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

5. If order is cancelled fully or partially, we will try to refund the amount within approx. 15 days of order cancellation after deducting bank / other cancellation charges.
